  Rooms looked nice enough, apologies to the owner who is currently away and losing my business. Will never return under current management.

  There was no malice in it from their behalf but they do need to be contactable during standard arrival hours. Also they need a better booking system, when I first rang up they offered to take my credit card details and save it on their computer and their office lady would process next time she was in, I wasn't excited about leaving my credit card details stored on their computer in case someone hacked their computer.

  They left us stranded with no room and no way to contact them. They said go to a particular room, when we arrived at 6.30pm there was someone already in our room. We tried calling and calling and no one at reception. They said they would be contactable again at 7.30pm, we didn't want to take our chances on them coming into contact again so we decided to keep driving to Warwick. Was an absolute nightmare with the newborn.

  Overall my experience was terrible, having said that if you arrived at a time where they happen to be there it could be good as gold.

  Highly recommend this motel. We were greeted with helpful and friendly service, the rooms were clean and tidy, bed were comfortable & free wifi was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!
